U.S. Order Policies
These policies apply to orders to be shipped to U.S. (and APO/FPO) addresses.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of shipment. We will send you a fully-insured, free shipping label via email within two business days of your return request.
If you intend to make an exchange, we recommend that you return the original item for a refund and then place a new order. Please allow three weeks for your refund to be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 509-919-0447. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Chinery Palmer Jewelers. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within five days of receipt of your order.
The Process for Returns or Exchanges
- Initiate your return within 15 days from the shipping date[a]by calling 509-919-0447 or emailing Chinery@chinerypalmer.com
- Within one business day, Chinery Palmer Jewelers will email you a free FedEx shipping label containing the required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials, then print the label and affix to the outside top portion of the box. For security reasons, we recommend that you not write Chinery Palmer Jewelers, LLC anywhere on the outside of the box.
- Contact FedEx to arrange pickup and shipment of your return. We recommend that you insure your return shipment for its full purchase value. Such insurance is included with the complementary label provided by Chinery Palmer Jewelers.
- Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow up to fifteen business days for this process to complete.
- If you are expecting a refund, credit will be submitted to your bank within 5 business days. It may take your bank up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account.
- Throughout this process you may check the status of your returned item on our Return Status page: by emailing Chinery@chinerypalmer.com.
Return Policy Conditions and Limitations
- Chinery Palmer Jewelers does not accept returns on loose diamonds or for diamond or gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size.
- Limit two (2) complimentary returns per customer, per year.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the shipping date.
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.
- Returns must be packaged securely in the original packing materials.
- Returns must include any and all documentation or authentications that accompanied the original piece or they will not be accepted.
- Returns must be in their original purchase condition or they will not be accepted.
- Chinery Palmer Jewelers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles, whether or not you use our complimentaryshipping labels.
Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call us at 509-919-0447 or e-mail us at Chinery@chinerypalmer.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes may result in a shipping delay. Special order requests are not eligible for changes or cancellations. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
Product Availability and Pricing
Chinery Palmer Jewelers, LLC offers one item at a time and does not carry back stock. The items move quickly and once purchased are no longer available. New items are added frequently.
Our prices are also subject to change without notice. While we strive to avoid errors in data, including prices, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.

Diamond Certificates
Chinery Palmer Jewelers, LLC provides diamond grading reports (also known as diamond certificates) with all loose diamond orders. Returns of loose diamonds are accepted only if the diamond shipped does not match the accompanying grading report, and both the loose diamond and grading report must be returned. Please call us at 509-919-0447 or email Chinery@chinerypalmer.com prior to setting up the return.
Comparison Purchasing
Chinery Palmer Jewelers does not allow comparison purchasing (ordering multiple pieces with the intent to return most of them), because this causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly. Information On Our Site
Chinery Palmer Jewelers strives to keep our online catalog as complete and accurate as possible and to provide you with sufficiently detailed information about your prospective purchase. However, online photographs may vary slightly in color or apparent size from the actual physical pieces, and actual carat weight may vary up to 0.05 carats from stated carat weight. The stated measurements of our products are based on manufacturing specifications, but slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing.
- Width tolerance of 0.2 mm for machine-made wedding bands; more for cast-manufactured rings
- Width tolerance of 0.25 mm for gemstone and pearl measurements
For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we state the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, collectively the quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.

At Chinery Palmer Jewelers, LLC we purchase diamonds only through the most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.
