Chinery Palmer partners exclusively with GB Jewelers, a nationally award-winning jewelry designers with over 50 years of experience, located on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Every estate piece in our collection is personally curated by Jim and Tim Gannaway, who hand-inspect each item for quality and select them for their unique beauty. Each piece displays both the suggested retail price and the jeweler’s price, so you can see the savings and feel confident you’re getting exceptional value.
Our goal is to make your experience as personal and joyful as walking into a trusted neighborhood jewelry store. If you love jewelry as much as we do and enjoy shopping online, we offer one-on-one guidance from a dedicated jeweler, so you don’t have to choose between convenience and connection.
The name Chinery Palmer is inspired by a family heirloom and a beautiful story. In 1918, in the English county of Norfolk, my grandmother, Annie Chinery Palmer, married Alfred Harry Lutkin. On their marriage certificate, Harry was listed as a 30-year-old bachelor, and Annie, at 26, was called a spinster, a sign of the times.
Annie’s father was a coachman, and Alfred’s father was a farmer. Though they came from humble beginnings in a small town, they shared big dreams. Soon after their wedding, they moved to America, where my father was born in New Jersey.
In tribute to their love story, I created this unique online jewelry boutique. Through our partnership with GB Jewelers, I’m proud to bring you the artistry and expertise of Jim and Tim Gannaway, so you can find pieces that carry meaning, beauty, and history.
